PyeongChang 2018 Olympic Winter Games
Jet Set Sports proudly welcomed guests for a first of its kind hospitality experience – the New Horizons Hospitality Programme. Spectators from around the world, including Host Country South Korea, were invited to experience the Games through true VIP event ticketing paired together with exclusive hospitality located in the heart of the Gangneung Olympic Park or in-venue. Pioneering senior management, experienced international managers, and enthusiastic local staff delivered a superb hospitality experience for all Jet Set guests.
Rio 2016 Olympic Games
Rio de Janiero welcomed the world to the first ever Games in South America. The city’s energy and natural beauty was the perfect backdrop for compelling summer sport including the introduction of Rugby Sevens and reintroduction of Golf as part of the sport program. Jet Set Sports played an integral role providing accommodation management systems to the Rio 2016 Organizing Committee to procure, allocate, and manage accommodation assets across all stakeholders. Additionally, Jet Set Sports was proud to host thousands of ticket and package guests from Australia, Bulgaria, Canada, Norway, Sweden, Russia, and the United States.

Jet Set Sports served as an Exclusive Sales Agent of MATCH Hospitality in Australia, Norway, Russian Federation and Sweden for the sale of the 2014 FIFA World Cup™ Official Hospitality Programme, hosting more than 3,000 guests.
Sochi 2014 Olympic Winter Games
Jet Set Sports was appointed by the Organizing Committee to ensure that the international guest experience was unmatched. . With 2,000+ rooms, 100,000+ Olympic event tickets, 200+ officially accredited vehicles, and staff of over 600 people, Jet Set Sports ensured maximum comfort for each guest attending. Jet Set Sports engaged more than 80 people, employed at the world’s finest hotel brands, to assist in opening newly constructed hotel ensuring a memorable guest experience.
London 2012 Olympic Games
London, the global center for business, culture and sport, was an outstanding backdrop for the Games,. Jet Set Sports was there once again providing its guests with hospitality program of the highest quality and sophistication. Jet Set Sports’ guests stayed in London’s finest properties such as Four Seasons, Dorchester, Berkley, Lanesborough and Corinthia, and dined in superb establishments (such as Alain Ducasse, CUT, and Alloro). Highlight of its offerings included access to exclusive hospitality venue created at the Orangery at Kensington Palace, as well as Mosimann’s Club, one of London’s most highly regarded dining institutions.
Vancouver 2010 Olympic Winter Games
Canada’s pristine west coast was the site of the XXI Olympic Winter Games. The vibrant city of Vancouver welcomed millions of spectators to a stunning natural environment that featured the spirit and participation of the indigenous peoples of Canada. Jet Set Sports and CoSport, , enabled over 90,000 guests to attend this magnificent event, and delivered an operationally flawless Olympic Winter Games to its clients. To overcome the lack of fine-dining, Jet Set Sports opened a ‘pop-up’ restaurant featuring 5 Michelin-renowned chefs for guests to enjoy the highest of levels in food and beverage at the Games.
Beijing 2008 Olympic Games
Playing a vital role in bringing the most anticipated Olympic Games in history to life, Jet Set Sports surpassed all previously held benchmarks in the realm of Olympic Hospitality – making the impossible, possible. In Beijing, Jet Set Sports hosted over 70,000 guests – the largest number of guests in its 25-year history – all in the best hotels and finest restaurants the city had to offer (3,200+ rooms and 200,000 meals!); operated and maintained its largest pool of vehicles to date (320+), acquiring unprecedented access; and had its largest team of 1,500 highly-skilled staff members assembled (all accredited by the Beijing Organizing Committee). Jet Set Sports opened a hospitality training academy, with 9 international trainers, where local staff embarked on a 16-month journey in becoming ambassadors of Jet Set Sport and China in demonstrating knowledge of the Games, and Western culture to provide exceptional service and experience to our international clientele.
Torino 2006 Olympic Winter Games
With the beautiful and historic Piedmont region of Italy as its backdrop, Jet Set Sports once again provided the best in accommodations (20,000 room nights), dining (30,000 meals), event tickets (67,000 sold), transportation (110 vehicles), and over 300 staff members to its clients. Additionally, Jet Set developed a first-of-its-kind hospitality offering by using AB+, a marquee location on Roman ruins, to enable guests to enjoy the Piedmont Regions finest food and beverage in a relaxed and casual environment to maximize the guest experience.
Athens 2004 Olympic Games.
Jet Set Sports, together with CoSport, its sister company, Jet Set Sports hosted over 14,000 guests, in 16 Athens properties including two of the world’s finest cruise ships: Silversea’s Silver Whisper and Cunard’s Queen Mary 2.
The fleet of over 40 accredited motor coaches, 60 accredited vehicles, and Games-time staff of over 400 people supported operations and ensured that all programs were flawlessly executed. Additionally, Jet Set Sports facilitated all sales of remaining room inventory on behalf of the Athens Organizing Committee in excess of 1,500 rooms in over 30 properties throughout Athens and Attica.
Salt Lake 2002 Olympic Winter Games
Jet Set Sports secured rooms in the finest properties in the Salt Lake City area, including The Grand America Hotel and Stein Eriksen Lodge in Park City. In total, Jet Set Sports graciously hosted 16,000 visitors, accommodated 34,650 room nights and provided 132,000 meals. The packages consisted of tickets, accommodations, dining services, ground transportation, and management services and were offered to corporations, as well as individual consumers through Jet Set Sports’ sister company CoSport.
Sydney 2000 Olympic Games
Jet Set Sports reached new heights of world class hospitality management and created the ultimate hospitality experience at the Sydney 2000 Olympic Games. Jet Set Sports managed the United States Olympic Committee’s “Hospitality House” at Tattersall’s Club as well as their hospitality suite at the Sponsor’s Village in Sydney Olympic Park. Once again, Jet Set Sports secured accommodations in the finest 5-star hotels in Sydney, prime Olympic Games tickets, and reservations in some of Sydney’s best restaurants, including a 66′ catamaran which cruised around the spectacular Sydney Harbour.
Nagano 1998 Olympic Winter Games
Jet Set Sports combined the luxury and conveniences of the present with the tradition and culture of the past to accommodate guests in the beautiful winter resort village of Hakuba, the site of alpine skiing. To insure first class service for their guests, Jet Set Sports financed the expansion and took over the management of the Mominoki Hotel. In addition to clients such as Sports Illustrated, Merrill Lynch and Texaco, Jet Set Sports accommodated members of the board of the Salt Lake Organizing Committee for the Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games of 2002, the United States Olympic Committee, and sponsors of the German, Slovak and Polish National Olympic Committees.
Atlanta 1996 Olympic Games
Jet Set Sports entertained more than 4,000 VIP guests at the Centennial Olympic Games – the Games that celebrated 100 years of Olympic Games glory. With a professional staff of more than 200 people, Jet Set Sports operated a transportation fleet of over 100 buses and accredited vehicles. Appointed as the Authorized Travel Consultant for the Atlanta 1996 Olympic Games, Jet Set Sports operated a fully staffed office in the prestigious Grand Hotel in Atlanta and provided accommodations and cuisine for clients in some of Atlanta’s finest hotels and restaurants.
Lillehammer 1994 Olympic Winter Games
In order to accommodate its clients with quality accommodations, Jet Set Sports built the Traaseth Park Hotel featuring 183 rooms with a full compliment of five-star hotel services and a first class restaurant. More than 700 corporate guests and sports dignitaries – including the Atlanta Committee for the Olympic Games and the United States Olympic Committee – took advantage of Jet Set Sports’ program.
Barcelona 1992 Olympic Games
Jet Set Sports hosted 9,300 guests, securing deluxe accommodations in more than 1,300 rooms, including The San Just and San Sebastian Playa hotels, Condes de Barcelona, Avenida Palace and Dante Hotel. The Hotel Calipolis and Sands Hotel in nearby Sitges served as five-star headquarters for a variety of corporate clients, including the United States Presidential delegation to the Games.
Albertville 1992 Olympic Winter Games
With 160+ hotel rooms, private chalets in Courchevel 1850, the ultimate European winter resort and rooms in the renowned Fitz Roy Hotel in prestigious Val Thorens, Jet Set Sports once again set the standard for Olympic Games hospitality. In an unprecedented act of generosity, Jet Set Sports helped finance the construction of The Hotel Le Yeti in Meribel.
Seoul 1988 Olympic Games
With 1,300 hotel rooms in its Seoul portfolio, Jet Set Sports entertained more than 6,000 guests, including more than 1,000 family members and friends of the athletes, VIP guests of several multinational companies, NOCs and Olympic Games broadcasters.
Calgary 1988 Olympic Winter Games
4,000 corporate guests from the U.S., Europe, and Asia enjoyed world-class hospitality in 500+ rooms managed by Jet Set Sports. Chauffeured car service was added to the Jet Set Sports menu and an indoor tennis court was converted into a five-star restaurant for Jet Set Sports’ private hospitality and catering services.
Los Angeles 1984 Olympic Games
Refining the style and extending the scope of services offered to each guest, Jet Set Sports provided 800 VIP packages to major corporations and distributed more than 100,000 tickets to Ceremony & sporting events.
Sarajevo 1984 Olympic Winter Games
5,000 guests enjoyed the Jet Set Sports experience in the former Yugoslavia. VIP packages and charter flights were provided for U.S. corporations such as Sports Illustrated, Merrill Lynch, ABC and U.S. Olympic Teams.
